1995 to 2002 - Balfour Beatty Construction. Heavy Civil Construction Projects in PA and Connecticut. Projects ranged in size from $60 million to $150 million. Started as an Office Engineer and ended as a Superintendent. Projects worked on were LVIH in Scranton, PA, SR30 Reconstruction in Lancaster PA, I-95 Reconstruction in Bridgeport Connecticut and SR15 Bridge over the Housatonic River in Stratford Connecticut.

2002 to Present - Minichi Inc. Heavy Civil Construction and Mining Projects in PA. Projects range in size from $10,000 to $17 million. Started as Estimator -Superintendent - Engineer. Work now as Operations Manager - General Superintendent. Projects include Bridge Construction, Mine Reclamation, Drilling and Grouting, Gas Well Conductor Drilling, Gas Well Roadwork and Bridges. Heavy Civil and Mining Work has been performed for PADOT, PADEP, Department of Defense, FHWA, Local Municipalities and Private Entities. Gas Well Drilling, Roadwork and Bridges have been performed for SWN, Carrizo, Talisman and Chief Energy in PA.

As the chief estimator at Minichi, Mr. Stepanski is the first with knowledge of each project's construction "details" including the specifications and schedule. Mr. Stepanski's primary responsibility related to the project is to ensure that the project team is aware of the technical and schedule-related requirements that might be present on the job and to assist as needed in developing plans to overcome these challenges.
